Trainee Petroleum Engineer
Employment Type:One-year Contract | Location: Lagos, Nigeria.
Status: One Year Contract to Permanent Employment

Profile of Trainee Petroleum Engineer

Deliver high-quality projects to clients in a professional and timely manner.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality projects in a timely manner is a must-have requirement Exploration support and business development; a proven record of being able to work within tight deadlines.
Working in a multidiscipline environment with Geoscientists, other Petroleum Engineering Team and Facilities Engineers.
Keep abreast of international standards and practices, including new and emerging technologies..

Responsibilities

This role encompasses many functions including:

  • Deliver high-quality projects to clients in a professional and timely manner.

  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality projects in a timely manner is a must-have requirement

  • Exploration support and business development; a proven record of being able to work within tight deadlines.

  • Working in a multidiscipline environment withGeoscientists, other Petroleum Engineering Team and Facilities Engineers.

  • Keep abreast of international standards and practices, including new and emerging technologies..

Qualification
Minimum requirement is a bachelor’s degree in Geoscience.

  • A geoscience related degree, MSc or PhD level will be an added advantage.

  • 5 to 15 years first-hand experience.

  • The successful candidate will have demonstrated skills through first-hand projects delivery experience to include:

Requirement:

  • BSc. Engineering/BEng or B.Sc Geology/Geophysics.

  • NYSC completion with discharge certificate.

  • NYSC hands-on experience with Operating Oil and Gas company will be an added advantage.

  • Willing to learn.

  • 0- 1 Year Experience.

  • Female/Male.

  • Can work individually and with team.

Duration: One-year contract with the intention of a permanent contract afterwards.
Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Lekki Office)
